SENIOR PASTORS
Pastor Scott and Debby became the senior pastors of Victory in 2012. They are both originally from Oklahoma and have pastored in Thermopolis, WY from 1994-2004 and in Harrison, AR from 2005-2012. Scott and Debby have the heart to reach people for Christ and develop fully devoted followers of God! Scott likes to hunt and fish, play disc golf, work in the yard and garden. Debby likes to knit and work in the yard and garden. They have 2 grown children, Hallie 37 and Eric 36.
